Cute as a button

Here is my inspirational card made for 613 Avenue Create.  Our challenge was to make a card using a Eureka image , using the colors pink, brown and cream.

Here's what I came up with:

Some of the materials I used:

Baby image is from Eureka(don't know name)
Sentiment words are Die cuts from cricut cartridge Plantin Schoolbook
Lace from my stash
Iamroses flowers

I think it's a cute card.  Now whoever I know that's having a baby or celebrating their baby's birthday, will receive this card.

Thank you, if you decided to take a look.  I really appreciate your comments! Now let me get back to work!

Girly card

Girly card made with Bugaboo stamp Wavy Hair Girl.  Sometimes I just don't feel like coloring.  Does anyone else feel that way?  I still think it's a cute card.  Made those flowers myself!

Valentine/Love card

Morning friends,

I had such a joyous week-end.  I'm still beeming with happiness.  Our Pastor, James Ford Jr. of Christ Bible Church of Chicago,  put a special request out for this month, to the congregation, to invite friends and family to attend the Sunday services.  I asked my son several weeks ago and didn't get a response, so I thought that was the end of that. To my surprise he told me that He and his girlfriend  Shellie and her friend Meg will be glad to attend Church service with me. My husband also agreed to attend with us.  I'm still shouting with joy inside!

Well it turned out to be the best spiritual day I've had in quite awhile.  Not only was the message inspiring and dynamic, I got to be around a bunch of young people that love Jesus.  We treated them to a wonderful meal at one of the local Restaurants that's known for good down home food.

You can't tell me that the Lord does not answer prayers.  If it's His will (He knows what's best), He will respond.  We just have to know that it will be in His time not ours!

Here is a card I made using Bugaboo image -Fanny Calender Month Feb.- that I will submitting in several challenges:

"ARE YOU READY FOR FOOTBALL"

Hi everyone, are your ready for football?  Well since the Bears are not included, I'm not as excited.  The men in my house are, and they have decided to cheer for the 49ers.

I decided to do Exploring Cricut's Monday challenge this week.  We had to use 3 cuts from any of our carts. So I figured I'd just incorporate this project with the championship game scheduled for Sunday.  I'll probably make few of these containers for their popcorn :

Here is the list of materials used to make this project:

Cricut cartridge- Sports Mania
Cricut cartridge -Tags, Bags, Boxes & more
Cricut cartridge- Cricut Craft Room Basics
Gold cardstock by Bazzill
White cardstock from Marco's paper
Cherry red cardstock from Paper and More
Shredded white paper from Dollar Tree store
Gold twine
Fiskars scallop banner punch

I plan to enter this in the following challenge:
