AUTUMN PUMPKINS

I love pumpkins.  Here is my inspirational card for the Pumpkin theme at Outlawzchallenges.  I was inspired by a card I saw in Sept./Oct. 2010 Paper Crafts Magazine.  The designer was Ashley Newell:



The Materials I uses:

Core'dinations Color core cardstock paper
Cricut Cart:  Paper Doll Dress up
Raffia
Paper Wishes sentiment stamp
Wooden shape from stash
Black sewing thread
Fabric leaves from stash

Fall is in the air!  Lets enjoy it!

    Hi Edie! An official hello from your new Team-mate at 613 Ave C! I came over to get to know you a bit. I am a retired Nurse too - I spotted that "connection" right away!
    Then I wanted to tell you how much I like this Autumn card! I love the torn edge and that you sewed the other three edges. And I especially like the repetition of the .beige/tan color with the torn edge revealing the tan "core" - also revealed with your sanding of the embossed bumps, and then the raffia over the wooden shape. I think that attention to detail makes an absolutely beautiful card!
