Send A Smile 4 Kids -Early Holiday Wishes 4 Kids

Well, I finally got enticed into making Christmas cards.  I just really didn't want to start making them until November.  "I've got orders already!"

Well, because I have been participating in alot of challenges, I came across this blog:  I visited it and read the Challenge rules and Guidelines and felt this is a worthy cause.  So now I will be making cards for their challenges then mailing them off to the Children Hospitals they have listed.  They will be given to the sick children through out the year, hoping to brighten up their spirits.  The children can also give a card to a loved one, teacher or healthcare worker they want to thank.

So this is one of the 1st cards I will enter into the challenge, then mail it off.  I must remember to keep them kid friendly.

I've had this image for quite a while.  Can't remember where it came from.  I think I'm going to be pretty busy.  See you later!

  1. You'll be busy for such a great reason... You've made this card so pretty - such a worthy cause.

  2. What a pretty card!! I know the special kid that receives it will love it!!

  3. This is such a worthy cause. I use to do them a couple of years ago. You did a nice job on this card.

  4. What a wonderful card, Thank you for playing along with us this week at Brown Sugar in the “Anything Goes” challenge! We hope you decide to play along with us again!! Good luck!

  5. Hi Edie! I'm so glad I stopped by your blog tonight. This is absolutely beautiful, and I wanted to let you know that you aren't required to submit only scripture cards with us at Word Art Wednesday. You can submit anything (well, you know....anything sweet) and I really hope you will consider sharing more of your beautiful art in our challenges. I personally just LOVE seeing your creations and I'm so glad I stopped by to see this one! Hope you will be back by again real soon to link up in our challenge. Have a really great week, and may God bless you as you create!
